1. Preamble<\/h4>\r\n

1.1 In this document, \"we\", \"our\", or \"us\" refer to Ivory Ever<\/strong>, a division of Ivory White Group (Pty) Ltd.<\/p>\r\n

1.2 We own and operate this website https:\/\/www.ivoryever.co.za\/<\/strong> (the \"Site<\/strong>\"). We provide digital services, wedding and event stationery, monogram design, website invitations, digital invitations, guest list management, and related products (collectively, the \"Services<\/strong>\").<\/p>\r\n

1.3 By placing an order, accessing the Site, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions (\"Terms<\/strong>\").<\/p>\r\n\r\n \r\n

2. Goods and Services<\/h4>\r\n

2.1 We offer a range of Services including (but not limited to) semi-custom and fully custom wedding websites, digital invitations, stationery (digital and print), monogram and name design, and guest list \/ RSVP management. Printed stationery may be produced through our approved external partners.<\/p>\r\n

2.2 We strive to describe our Services and products as accurately as possible on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, specifications, images or colours will be completely accurate, current, or error-free. Digital displays and device screens may vary and do not constitute defects.<\/p>\r\n

2.3 We may assist you in choosing a website name or URL but cannot guarantee availability. If a requested name is not available, we will suggest alternatives.<\/p>\r\n

2.4 Client Content Quality.<\/strong> The Client is solely responsible for supplying accurate, clear, complete and high-quality content, images, wording and instructions. We are not liable for any design limitation, delay, or quality issue arising from unclear briefs, missing information, low-resolution images, screenshots, or poor-quality material supplied by the Client.<\/p>\r\n

2.5 All timelines listed on the Site or in quotations are indicative and may vary depending on complexity, scope changes, client response times, and third-party printer or courier schedules.<\/p>\r\n\r\n \r\n

3. Ordering Process & Workflow<\/h4>\r\n

3.1 After your enquiry, we will provide a quotation setting out the Services, options, and pricing. Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for seven (7) days.<\/p>\r\n

3.2 Full Upfront Payment.<\/strong> Ivory Ever does not accept deposits or partial payments. 100% of the total quoted amount is payable upfront<\/u> before any design work, scheduling, printing, mock-ups, or material procurement may begin.<\/p>\r\n

3.3 Once payment is confirmed, you must submit all required information, including wording, guest lists, images and other content, in the formats specified for your chosen package (typically editable text formats and suitable image formats).<\/p>\r\n

3.4 Client Responsibility for Brief.<\/strong> We rely entirely on the content and brief provided by you. You accept full responsibility for the clarity, accuracy, and completeness of all submitted instructions. Any errors, unclear direction, or missing content may cause delays and additional fees, and do not constitute grounds for refunds or free additional work.<\/p>\r\n
